Copyright respect
morecullingmod.com respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights. If you believe material on this website infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, you may send a takedown notice using the contact information below. Requests should identify the work and the specific website material clearly enough for us to review the claim.
What to include in a notice
A complete notice should include your name and contact details, identification of the copyrighted work, the exact URL or other precise location of the material claimed to be infringing, an explanation of your rights or authority to act, and any statements or signature required by the law applicable to your request.
Good-faith statement
Please state that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law. Where legally required, include a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
Submitting a request
Send copyright notices to [email protected] with “Copyright / DMCA Notice” in the subject line. Include direct page URLs rather than broad requests to remove an entire topic or category when only specific material is disputed.
Review process
We may review the identified content, request clarification, preserve relevant records, restrict access to material where appropriate, and notify the contributor or relevant party. A request may take longer to process if it is incomplete, ambiguous, appears fraudulent, or does not identify the allegedly infringing material precisely.
Counter-notices
If content is removed and the affected party believes the removal was based on mistake or misidentification, they may be able to submit a counter-notice where applicable law provides that process. A valid counter-notice may require contact information, identification of the removed material, required legal statements, and consent to an appropriate jurisdiction.
Misrepresentations
Knowingly submitting false claims or material misrepresentations can have legal consequences. Do not use copyright procedures to suppress criticism, competition, factual discussion, content you do not own, or uses that may be authorized by license or law.
Trademark and other issues
Trademark, privacy, impersonation, defamation, and other complaints are different from copyright claims. You may still contact us at the same address, but identify the legal or factual basis of the request so it can be routed appropriately.
